Avocado honey doesn't taste like the fruit yet is extracted from the California avocado blooms. It's a dark coloured raw honey with a rich bitter/sweet flavour and is a perfect option for a tasty plate of mixed greens dressing or sauce when blended in with different ingredients. Eat it or apply it, It work so good both the ways. High mineral content, It is good cure for deficiency diseases. I eat one spoon of avocado honey for good digestion and immunity. It helps me to compleate my diet and and keep me healthy. It also works effectively on burns and cuts. I always keep a jar of avocado honey in my kitchen.
