Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 ½ cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Zest of 2 lemons ½ cup buttermilk ¼ cup fresh lemon juice For the Filling: ½ cup unsalted butter, melted ½ cup honey ½ cup packed light brown sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon For the Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan. Step 2 In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Step3 In a large bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar. Step 4 Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and lemon zest. Step 5 Gradually add flour mixture, alternating with buttermilk and lemon juice. Do not overmix. Step6 In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling. Step 7 Pour half of the cake batter into the pan, then drizzle half of the filling. Repeat with remaining batter and filling. Step 8 Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Step 9 Whisk powdered sugar, lemon juice, and honey to make the glaze. Step 10 Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Step11 Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake. Slice and enjoy! Note: Garnish the cake with lemon zest or a dusting of powdered sugar for an extra touch.
