Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 2 lemons
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
For the Filling:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and lemon zest.

Gradually add flour mixture, alternating with buttermilk and lemon juice. Do not overmix.
