Ingredients:
- 4 cups of fresh kale, stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup of currants
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
