Ingredients:


- 250 grams paneer (cubed)

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)

- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)

- 1 onion (sliced)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:


1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add the paneer cubes to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Remove the paneer from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.

5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour the honey-garlic sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.

6. Add the cooked paneer back to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and vegetables.

7. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.

8. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.

9. Serve the Honey-Garlic Paneer Stir Fry hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
