Acacia honey is mainly produced by the honey bees that pollinate the flowers of Golden wattle and Acacia dealbata, a flowering plant in the legume family Fabaceae, native to southeastern Australia in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory.
These are fast-growing trees and accomplish a height of approx 8 m when matured. These trees flourish in warm temperatures and tropical landscapes usually between the months of July & November.
